Ogbono can be used to prepare quite a number of delicacies. The most common and traditional way to use Ogbono is by making Ogbono soup. To prepare the soup, you’ll need ground or powdered dried ogbono, palm oil, assorted meats, vegetables such as spinach or pumpkin leaves, and spices like crayfish, pepper, and seasoning. Serve the food with fufu, pounded yam, garri, semolina, or rice.
